Then the manager could not find my reservation and had to use my I.D. to check spelling.
I wrote on my booking 3rd floor and he gives me a 2nd floor room. The staff have poor English skills and incomprehensible to listen and understand.
The room was not vacuum. Piece of paper and a dental floss pic was on the floor. I showed pics to the manager and he said the vacuum could not pick it up.
I said, then use your fingers. All was well until neighbors checked in and the walls were thin and you can hear conversations and the TV. I went the lobby and asked to be moved 2 doors over and they would not move me. Manager said they weren't king beds.
I said, yes they were I saw them through the window.
Still he would not move me. I was up to 1 in the morning with the noise.
They did nothing to make it right when I spoke to them at checkout and when I called.
